80 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
70 g vegetable oil
160 g milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

90 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
For Frosting
150 g water
40 g corn starch
100 g whipping cream
400 g milk
200 g granulated sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp agar agar powder
150 g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
