Consider a re-phrase to present business and all life as "good and well". Here is how: In stead of saying (used in minute 4) "After doing well, he decided to do good", say, "After doing well, he (Brandeis) decided to do better."
Re religion as part of public dialogue: Until, say, World War I, family life was more dependent on religious institutions, practices, policy, and engagement, wasn't it?
