Up and coming indy-rock band Her's were the victims of a wrong-way crash west of Phoenix on I-10. The duo and their tour manager were headed to California after performing in Phoenix when another driver stuck and killed them.
Ticks me off. Francisco the 64 year old in the truck was either drunk or wanted to commit suicide. That area is divided. I've driven it at least 30 or more times.
Just found out today they passed 2 years ago. Absolutely horrible what happened to them. It always seems I get into a band or artist years after they've died and I find out a couple months later they passed. They didn't deserve to die so young.
the reason people who never knew of them in their life yet still get so sad was because of their music, the music was like a message that spoke to people's soul but the sender was gone before they recieved it, never forget Her's

I just knewly found out about their song "Harvey" on spotify, I fell in love but confusingly sad at the same time, I didn't understand it. So I decided to search for their channel only to find condolences in the comments. My heart is in pieces right now, I have no words but emotions filled with grief. May they rest well.❣
It’s crazy how that same morning I woke up from a nightmare about my favorite artist dying. I checked my phone and saw nothing. My brother came to tell me later on that day that Her’s a duo band passed away. It’s eerie to think about my nightmare and this unfortunate event.
A few months ago I heard the song What Once Was and I fell in love with Her's. I was watching them perform She Needs Him for Paste Magazine and I was reading the comments and found out about their deaths. It's been thirty minutes and I still can not stop crying. Even though I didn't really know them on a personal level or anything or meet them I'm so torn and devastated. They were so young and both of them were so talented. Rest In Peace Her's.
I was listening to "what once was" and it makes me cry, and I think about how privileged I am to just make the Decision to not be alive when I feel depressed and suicidal when they didn't have a choice and their life was taken from them :(
Please don't hurt yourself, suicide only transfers the pain to the people who love you, my friend committed suicide recently and I don't know how her mother is ever going to get over it, it has made me look at life differently, things always get better my friend, take care of yourself
3 years today. ive been listening to their music since 2018. i love them so much, i couldnt believe it when i found out, it was like a parent, i cried for days. you guys NEVER disappointed me. im sure youre in heaven rn, making some performance to "celebrate" the 3 years. our lost, but the angels must love all your musics, i still miss you just like the day you were gone. love you forever💌❤️🩹

It's been so difficult to listen to them since this happened. Their music is now so nostalgic for me, it always will be. So tragic and terribly upsetting that we'll never be able to hear or see what else was to come. So sad I never made it to a show

I just found their music randomly in my drunken squalor years ago. Their music helped me in my darkness days. I did not know they passed at the exact year i was listening to them. Thank's for the music Her's.
My personal station on Apple Music earlier played their song What Once Was. I decided to look them up, only to find out about their passing alongside their tour manager in 2019 😞. It’s such a shame they got taken away from us so soon. They had so much potential to be the next big thing. May they RIP. I wish I had found them sooner ❤️.
I just found out today they passed after I saw a vid on tiktok🥲. I found their music on spotify and fall in love with their music since. Their music give me comfort especially during a period of me healing from a broken heart. All these years I just thought they're a one time hit band cause I have not hear any new release songs. I still cry about this, as if it was brand new news. I discovered them a year ago and when I found out somehow I couldn’t stop crying. I was alone at home already suffering from loneliness, depression, etc since my husband was deployed. Sad and alone for months I decided to go back to my old roots (I’m just 23 as of now) and I felt so good listening to their music. When I saw comments talking about the band’s passing I couldn’t believe it. As many fans feel as I do, wishing they were still alive. They were so young and their career was kicking off into popularity. I heard their song when I was working as a supervisor quite a lot in 2018, playlist was just in shuffle so I never focused on the band themselves until Harvey’s. Makes me rethink back to their days and how their music was what made my days great. I hope they’re resting easy.
I was in a horrible relationship, and had never heard this band. My ex was out the house that day and I saw a post about them and listened to their music and cried all day. Didn’t tell him anything about it. I finally feel strong enough to listen to them four years later without crying. They remind me of the glory of life ❤
Rip Her's💙, atm I'm just very sad thinking about them and listening to their music. I only ever listened to "Cool with you" since I knew about them. But like a couple weeks ago my friend told me of their death and I couldn't believe him. I didn't really care too much but now as I have been listening more to them lately, I feel so sad and even cried a bit. I hate when lovely musicians like them die. Rip forever Stephen and Audun. The only way to make peace with this is to say that they are in a better place and then play their music loud enough to drown out the triggering thoughts that lead to a depressing mood. I love them and I can accept what they left us with

Some people do not deserve to have licenses or drive… he might’ve been drunk or did that on purpose for whatever reason. I wish people check up on their family and friends. Audun's guitar had faulty strings when they first came on stage so the boys had to pause the show so he could get a new one. It happened a few times. It''s so weird to think that if Audun's guitars were working or kept on breaking, they may be alive, same with the encore too, if that lasted longer or never happened, they may be alive.
I had listened to them since 2019 and only found out about their death recently because I was wondering why they had not released a new song or album and started looking only to be heartbroken at this news.
