Yeah, looking back on memes always gives us that strange feeling of nostalgia mixed with cringe, rage and joy. What's even weirder is that we can get all that from a single year worth of stuff. With that said, I had a ton of fun making the audio for this and I hope you liked it! Cyranek also did amazing with the visuals here, and I'm glad we get to work together on this! 2023 was a bizarre year ngl

Most of the memes don’t even make sense anymore. It feels just like a fever dream - random images with random sounds, the concept of which is to have no concept at all. The entropy is rising. I think tiktok has really killed meme culture. Not because there's no memes, but because there's too many memes and you may be in on a joke with millions of people on one side of tiktok, but on the other side of tiktok there's hundreds of millions who have never seen it and suddenly there's very few memes that get as big as they used to
