I remember I went to this one white school where me and my sister got in a fight with these other two white girls. (They decided they was gon open they mouths and talk about our grandmother and baby brother and that wasn’t happening) so after the fight we got called into the office. And the principle started making slick digs at us and our momma. Asking if our dad was in our lives (which he was he and my step mom lived down the street from my mom and stepdad hell they was all friends and went on double dates all the time which I thought was weird at) and when our mom got there he started asking about her level of education (she has her masters and is the CEO of her own line of nursing homes, currently going back for her doctorate) I just remember my momma going off on him calling him a pot belly bitch, telling him he one cheeseburger away from killing over, how she saw him at the grocery store buying chocolate milk to eat with his chocolate cereal with his diabetic ridden ass, and him turning red from embarrassment and trying to apologize. That exact same day she withdrew us and we went to online school until we moved.

There used to be this show on tv where sting operations for internet predators would be set up. They'd make these guys think they were talking to underage girls online, and get them to show up at the house where the sting operation was taking place. The guys would show up, the girl playing the underage girl, would tell the guys to come in and make themselves at home. The guys would come in, sit down and wait for the girl to come back out, but instead of the girl, this guy would come out and start interrogating them about what they were doing. Chris Hansen is the guy who would interrogate the internet predators.
I worked With third-graders last year’s! And The teacher that I work with every day will go over the homework and then do some thing called morning meeting the school that I work at is in kind of a bad neighborhood. And so the teacher went around asking the students how their morning was and what’s new and one of the young boys black and the other teacher white, She asked him how his morning was and what was new. He says his morning is good and he had breakfast this morning waffles eggs bacon and toast, she says wow Did your mom make it. He says no my dad did, she proceeds to say Oh so you were at your dads house. He looks at her and he says no my dad was at our house my mom and dad live together and he made me breakfast this morning! She has this shocked look on her face and says oh OKay! She assumed because he lives in a bad neighborhood and he is a student with behavioral problems and he doesn’t really turn in his homework and things like that she assumed that he didn’t have his dad in the house or that his dad and mom didn’t live together and that it was impossible for his dad to be living with his mom and made breakfast for him and they all live together! I didn’t really know what to say I just said there and look at the both of them and when she moved onto the next kid he kind a looked at me really sad I felt so bad!
