Jose Mourinho is a man of taste, a man of class, a true refined masterclass manager. He is also now a walking, breathing meme in the football / soccer space. Staff meetings are actually super customisable. In the staff responsibilities - advice and reports (I think?) section, you can highlight each row. A checklist then appears at the bottom. You can set certain things not to appear in staff meetings, like messages about individual training, set piece takers, etc. You can make it show or not show anything you want.

@@GIBBO4182 WCB(l), CB (c), WCB(r), WTM(a), CF(a)/PF(a). It's completely possible to have 5 big lads on defensive set pieces without compromising your tactic. This setup also works well with a lot of what works well in fm, long balls to wtm, multiple aerial threats in the box and good crossers, runs from the midfield (wtm is perhaps the best role to failitate a midfield run into the box. Go regroup and counter, press high and often, pass into space. You'll win a lot of long balls from their keeper by having aerially dominant wcbs, and they should be able to either dump it into space for the winger/striker or lift it to the wtm to hold up the ball. Defensively, you have 5 guys in defense and a strong and hard working front line that can disrupt their play. If they pack the middle with dudes, they still need to get past the defender in cover. Alternatively, you can move the central cb to dmc(d) (and become a 433) to stop a 4231 tactic.

I tend to play more defensively than I think a lot of people do. I'm not great at tactics, though, I just know what I can do and defensive tactics are what come easiest to me. Generally, it's 4 at the back, at least three mids with a DM (On BWM, DLP, or Anchor depending on the player and/or what the team needs) and then whatever works with players I have beyond that. I tend to get big guys for forwards so they can help with set pieces and win with physicality since they aren't getting as much help on offense. I generally regroup instead of counter press (usually have a counter pressing tactic for emergencies). I still play with high lines, though, so if all goes well they are trying to break my defense at mid field so if I get the ball back counters can be deadly.

If you wanna do the tier list,i got an idea where make a base league with every team has 10 attributes on every player they have and their tactic only on 1 thing like the early cross team and work into box team like you did with the "Which is the best attribute for every striker" video. The fun in giving the scouting to AI is realism. If you manage a club in the second tier of Austria you are much more likely to bring players from Austria and neighbouring countires rather than scour the jungles of Columbia in search for a perfect 17year old

Best way to avoid midseason slump i ve come up with & kinda works : give every1 (rotatinng) 2 weeks off in januari-februari , then 2 weeks preseason training , then resume normally. Has obvious downsides but i kinda feel my teams better performing when it matters ( looking at you later stages of champions league). For those playing in leagues with a winterstop : GIVE EM REST! Why do you think they ve put those pesky journalists in the english league :" do you think we should have more rest" around Christmass and your aswer options even include something in the lines off : " we re asking too much off our players , this cant go on , we need rest to compete in the later half"

I like to add a sell on clause to low priced players when I can, the buying club doesn't seem to value the clause that highly. You occasionally get the sell clause option for a decent amount of money, significantly more than you are able to negotiate at the time of the sale. Just a nice way to boost finances.

11:16 Sell on clauses are great if you demand a cut of the entire sum, not just the transfer plus. I also never go below 35% and always start with 50% I make ridiculous bank by just playing and occasionally getting a 3-5 million packet. Sometimes 50 million too.

Sell on clauses are great. Just avoid the ones involving profit. I've put tons of 50% next sales clauses and made 100s of millions on them.

That was my post lol I had managed Blackburn for about 18 seasons, winning multiple CLs and an invincible season before moving on to rebuild a Napoli team who had recently been relegated. Unfortunately for me Klopp took over at Blackburn and has since won multiple CLs, beating me in the semis and the final several times

I’ve been told I’ll get a golden gen about 20 times this year, very very rarely happens. That said, sometimes you’ve got highly talented but raw players who need that extra bit of help or game time. I’ve had a golden gen who struggled to develop, I lost faith and sold them and now they are some of the best in the world.. it happens

@@HannibalsHorse yeah…the one I got wasn’t useful. A couple of players were just about good enough for the bench after training them for 5 years 🤦🏻‍♂️ I only kept them around for so long because their wages were very low! The best player was a 5’ 10” CD 😂

@@GIBBO4182 😂 it happens. Sometimes it’s worth sticking with them. I have a long term save I do with a friend every year where we ply from its release till next years game going like 30-40 years in. We’ve had this happen a few times, had a golden generation who once I left all got sold off and now are at the best teams in the world That said, i’m currently at Ajax and you can pretty much always bet you’ll get good youth. In fact, I’d suggest Holland as a amazing league to do youth teams and that as the league is perfect to give youngsters good game time and it’s still a decent league so they can grow quickly! I’d highly recommend the Eridivise

6:41 I do that, other than the fact that my computer is bad, I don't have attribute masking, so I only scout to gauge the value so I won't overpay players. The only penalty: You can't specify scouts to only find players of certain height unless you do it yourself.

Scott Morrison, the FORMER Australian Prime Minister tackling a kid. I'm still fuming that NZ got robbed today. I already don't like Danny Hay's 3-4-1-2 with Liberado Cacace filling in on the CM spot as a Mezzala, but it somehow wasn't the tactics that ruined it, it was VAR! My NZ qualified against the same team for the 3rd time (without VAR) because my Newcastle saves got corrupted again, but the ref called 16 offside when half of them would had been overturned if there was VAR.
