Your videos and knowledge you have expelled upon me have helped me with designing my own fragrances. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback from the people at my college and I am working towards making a full line up one day. If that happens I would love to have you review it !

Smelled African Leather in a local Vollmar store some months ago, tested several fragrances that day, from Tom Ford, Kilian, Diptyque, Montale, Roja, Memo. Brought a dozen paper strips home. Checked those paper strips every few hours, and also during a couple of days, not just that same day. Russian Leather and Irish Leather were ok, but African Leather not only was kind of love at first sniff, I was completely fascinated by it the more I smelled it. Same with TF Tobacco Vanille. The following week I could not resist and got them both (store had a significant pre-Xmas discount, African Leather 75ml was only €156.) I consider them among the best fragrances I have smelled so far.

Yep African leather is top tier for me. The scent bubble and silage works time and time again. Lol I think anything that’s very appealing is considering designer-esc by fragcom. Never understood this. Great take and review. Also appreciate the nugget to sample the others before purchasing so viewers who share your sense of taste can have somewhat of a road map into this line. 👍🏿

I always find the Memo price tags hard to justify, even with Winter Palace, which I really enjoy. But sometimes they can be found discounted and more worth it to me!!

I find it to be a smooth leather and agree 💯 % with the cold weather but I find it goes flat in warmer weather the patchouli is more prominent with the cinnamon and anise. I wear it to the office all the time.....but hey I do that with almost any fragrance. Controlled applications of course 🙃

They do leathers well. I have three memos and they project for hours and the bottles look like art work. Ash you got me on imaginary authors and I’m hunting their discontinued ones now such a great house

What would you say out of those three is the most leather focused one? FYI, I absolutely love TF Ombré Leather EDP, but would love something different that has a similar leather focus

@@dsdw123 everyone talks about African leather but I feel like there Russian leather goes more bang on what vintage leather use to be like m8. I have 8 memos now and winter time is usually a leather and tobbaco heavy for me

African leather is my favorite by far. ocean & Irish leather smell quite similar to me I can barely tell them apart. Russian Leather smells like a clone of Guerlain Homme intense. I do wanna get a sample of Irish Oud though

I love love love African leather and it’s probably been my favorite I’ve smelled from the house... have a sampled Italian and Russian leather... definitely want to get a chance to smell ocean and oriental leather at some point... but yeah maybe can find something to dethrone African leather 😅😁

Memo to me are the most overrated fragrance house. My friend was into them & he gave me plenty of samples. Sadly they all had a pencil shaving quality to them. I'm guessing that's their oud note. The other notes either were weak or nothing spectacular. Yes the presentation is excellent that's the best way to start.
