7:33 - the average male in the U.S. (even a young male), cannot even do a single pullup. Five pullups is damn good for a guy your age, especially since you haven't been training consistently like you've done in the past. I bet if you started training your pullups regularly, you'd EASILY get in the 15 rep range, even possibly 20, which would be amazing for someone of any age.

It’s the very thing that motivated me to make these memoir videos to begin with. There are people who have racial issues with me, act like I’m misrepresenting myself. So, I start a series of biographical videos to really talk about my background and I still get attacked by the loons anyway
I just need to have all my teeth ripped out and get dentures. My teeth just kinda started falling apart. I think there was a period where my body was needing minerals that I wasn’t giving it, so it borrowed from my bones and teeth, like with girls who have anorexia
@@akayokaki How'd you let that happen to yourself, Ryan? Were you lacking food? If what you said is true - a lack of minerals, then even a cheap, "one a day" type of vitamin supplement would have likely prevented it. Those supplements are so cheap at Walmart or Costco.
