There is provision in Bihar to get family partition deed executed on Rs 100/ or some nominal amount mutually agreed and singed by all legal heirs and get it operational by submitting to CO block office ( revenue authority)., Who makes it legal documents after following some procedure and collect land revenue from all claimants individually in their names. I had a bad experience with them. I transfered the amount twice by mistake and informed them about it they said they Will transfer the additional fees back but its more than a month i have not recieived the money back and they have stopped replying to my messages.

Sir,we rone brother and 2 sisters .Through Notary affedevit we had made a settlement from parents of parental property.Hopefully we don't expect any conflict in future but is it okay on legal point of view during conflict on property if any in future. Both the sister were got agreed cash through cheque payment and brother got fixed property to avoid ownership issue deed.Hope for an response. Can notary affedevit Wl treated as MOU for family settlement.Is parents signature is required on this on settlement as parents signature is not there though they had settled.Or Wl it work as NOC on future claim.

Hi sir,my father and there 2 brothers partioned (unregistered) in 1989 after 2years again it was partioned in panchayath (unregistered again) coz my fathers last brother was ill(who died unmarried) ,he decided to give his half share to me so I got his share in partion deed(he didn't gift deed instead gave his half share in last partion deed) .then I got the Khatha in my name which was in my granny name. now my own sister has filed case for her share in this property saying ancestral property does she have share in it.

If a undivided ancestor property's 50% is sold without any concern of a co sharer then how to buy back that property after 12 years
