My father was a PA Police Sgt at the WTC. He retired in 99 after 20 years. He lost 36friends, some of which he started out with in the academy. The ones who weren’t killed outright almost all got sick and died not long after. Remember everyone who puts on a uniform to do the hard things.
I can't even Express through words of how just how much I TRULY Appreciate & Admire ALL of our Veterans & Active Service Men & Women! Thank You Chuck for sharing this video. You Folks that served & are serving this Great Nation ARE MY "TRUE" HERO'S! We owe EVERYTHING to our Hero's, from Me & My Family, THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING THE CALL!
Thank you for reminding me that my own burdens or situational problems are remedial compared to what some guys hold onto and face. I thank your friends and you past present and future
As I think about the guys I knew that lost their life in the army, and the guys I have known that have died fighting the war on our own streets, I think they would not want us down in the dumps remembering them. I believe they would want us enjoying our family time and having fun, as a tribute to them. It’s hard but I believe it, cause that is what I would want too.
