Bryan College is non-denominational, private Christian college in Dayton, TN. Started in 1930 and named after William Jennings Bryan (statesman, orator, and renowned prosecuting attorney in the famous Scopes Evolution Trial), Bryan College has been serving its students and the Rhea County community by encouraging active engagement within their major under a Christian worldview and practicing service based outreach to those in need.
Bryan College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award the associate, baccalaureate, and master degrees.
Our Bryan Lions participate in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). We field teams in MEN's baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, track, and soccer, and in WOMEN's basketball, cross country, track, soccer, golf, cheerleading, softball, and volleyball.
