People that arent from Memphis dont even realize how legendary this is. Its the equivalent of watching the best people from the 96 draft class play a pick up game with the 03 draft class and invite some folks from the Magic Bird era to join the game. These folks are legends where I'm from. Thank you for putting egos aside and doing something truly beautiful for our culture.
I'm not from Memphis but I stronGly know da struGGle and also witness it these Guy's stampinG shit even doe their not acknowledGed 👆💪🏴keep steppinG folks☝👆
I’m not from Memphis but just watching this I can still appreciate the art and culture. I enjoy how every region has like its own subculture of different dancing styles.
Im a 65 yr old white woman who is from NY but living in Houston now and must say everyone dancing is so creative and talented. Lot of good clean fun. Keep on jookin
I'm a 74yo white woman and I just stumbled onto this video and I'm amazed. This is so cool! I love everything about it! Including the clothes and the graffiti.
Memphis Got the best sound in America. In the 90' I thought it was N.y and Cali. But Memphis got that mean dark beat yo ass sound. We love it in the Northeast!!
Never been to Memphis but THIS was pure fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Everything: the background, the diversity in styles and characters each dude had in their dance, the BEAT (Oh my LAWD the BEAT was FIRE🔥🔥🔥).
@@klubchez5224 i know but i really don't listen to rap like that anymore.. I hold on to 3 six because they took me back to my high school days.. I could care less about these new artist.. I'm hitting almost 40.. When you my age you view life on another level.. They talk about the same stuff smashing chicks, robbing, stealing & killing, getting high ect.. I'm pass all that that's why my iq isn't up& I'm cool with that
That boy Ren ol school wit it. His style is older than 1998 when I used to buck in front of Chickasaw jr high in 9th grade. But he is spot on to the style of that time. Way better than I ever was. Buss em up Ren! The new kids are so good also! I see kids in Atl jookin now. Toe spins and ice walking but in Memphis u gotta come wit way more! Even the arm pop locks have to "match" and "make sense" to compliment that Memphis footwork. If it dont its gon look boring and stale. Fuck it imma start back practicing!!!! At almost 37!!!!!
Being one of Chicago pioneers in Pop Lock and Ticking .... i'm Loving seeing my Brothers in Memphis holding it down ! Dont get it Twisted @ 61.... I still got it
Words can't express how much I love jookin.... and watching these Masters at work (🤩) turned me into a fangirl, real quick! I 💙 Memphis... GOD Bless it.
This man Tudy look like a animated video game character or something. When he move it look like he in a different reality Or dimension than everybody else. Shit is amazing to watch!
To me This actually so sacred, I imagine a time when some of our native ancestors moved like this with intention during rituals and ceremonies etc. From the looks of it,Apple ain far from the tree I tell ya . Just beautiful🔥🔥

Amazing kings if you pause the video some of the dance moves are just like the ancestors on the walls of the pyramids of Kemet. That DNA is something else.
Egyptians are not our ancestors only us black Americans try to unite Africa you will never hear a Nigerian saying his the same as a Egyptian or Cameron saying he is the same as a South
