A person who does or says disrespectful things. Just because they think they can get away with treating another person disrespectfully. That says a lot about the person doing the disrespect. It says that person has no integrity or self-regulation. I personally find that highly unattractive and not a high value person. I immediately set a boundary of no contact and blocked that sort of mess.
I can go through a healthy form of conflict but I have been self sacrificing too much so I have released the source of stress and anxiety from the man I was in love with he is unhealed and it’s not my place to be his target. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I realize my feminine was overpowering my masculine and last night i set a boundary out loud and it was way overdue i feel a little shaky this am, fear of retaliation... But I realized I keep getting victimized not bc lifes not fair but bc i have been living w no backbone, saying yes to everyone and trying to belong. In a new relationship, and I let it slide twice when they disrespected me, and ofcourse they proceeded to cross the line a third time...that's when they saw me switch. They tried to play it off like it wasn't too much of a big deal but I wasn't having it, the first two errors, was just me giving them a chance to check themselves before I had to check them. Me breaking the nice, docile demeanor made a mark, especially because they remember that they had two chances.
Consistent conflict is what ended my last relationship. He kept being distant and started creating conflict on purpose. I fell into the chase somehow, not going to lie. I have more time on my schedule now and making more money so I naturally wanted to spend more time together and hopefully do things together. I wanted things back to how they were at one point before I started my RN program. Thought things would be better after. That was clearly not the case.
I liked your story with the landlord. I also like this theme you introduced about conflict resolution and wd be interested in hearing more. Recently my nephew was being bullied at school, 1st grade, and it went on and on until finally a counselor stepped in to help us. I thought nothing wd work. But then she put the kids around the table to talk and now they are good friends and play together all the time xD None of the punishments like no recess or the calls to the office worked. In the end, it was this talking it out.
I was worried about becoming a flight attendant because I thought it would turn men away .. but the more I go to these “safe” jobs I feel less fulfilled.. applying to become a flight attendant because it’s what’s best for me and it’ll create a good bit of conflict and excitement
I’m a flight attendant and I’m telling you it makes men MORE excited about you you’re not always there you have your life you travel more often even it changed my personality I care less about people now I’m more independent emotionally and I’m most of the time busy focusing on my life which is a blessing🤍
A woman doesn’t tend to create or allow conflict when she inherently knows it could put herself in danger from the man if she does so. A woman who confronts feels quite comfortable with you as a man, that you’re not a sheer senseless egotistical brute, OR she feels you’re the type of man she can beat up if necessary.
Ok to start a discussion one time needs some strenght but what if he tells you "Yes my love,you are right,i will try to change it" and then you see its getting better but then again its the same. And you start a discussion again ..and again. And you start getting tired of even mentioning it.
