The problems with this are: 1. She measured a lot of them slanted so she didn't get their correct height 2. Shoes with 5cm sole only add 2-3cm to the height and she took off the whole 5cm

Being shorter than them, when she attempted to use her hands to draw a perpendicular to the measuring tape from their heads it was quite obvious that she didn't even reach the top of the head and her hands sloped down at times... The sole measurements, as others had pointed out, were also wrong. Shoes do not have the same sole thickness inside and out of the shoe due to padding which gets deflated when worn / wear and tear
Yes, not all sneakers have the same sole thickness measurements inside than outside. The sole thickness can apear bigger outside but be smaller inside.

First of all she measured shoe to head and measured the shoe and subtracted it from their full height including shoe to get the real height, she even said it.
The way she measures isn't accurate. The tape is not measuring it vertically, but slanted, which might decrease by about 2cm from the actual height. And she being much shorter than some guys make it difficult and a stretch literally for her to get a more accurate measurement. Should ask another guy of about the same height or taller to do the measurement
She didn't measure accurately but it wasn't because she slanted it but her hand when she measured and the amount she took away based on the shoes. You know the diagonal half of a square is longer than the actual sides right lol
Idk where you are getting that slanted meant decrease in hight. As a engineer, slanted measuring tape always result in longer length than the true measurement. So the guys are shorter than she measured

Nah you get longer in the night. That's because the gravity on the spine is removed when laying down. Thus when waking up in the morning you're the tallest of the day. Then over the day you get shorter and shorter because the gravity causes the spine to compress a little. Just before going to bed at night you're the shortest. Which is probably around 2-3cm shorter than in the morning.

What he’s saying is right though. Your height is an inch or two taller in the morning because when you lie down to sleep, your spine decompresses. But it gets shorter in a few hours after you wake up and start walking around as the gravity pulls your spinal column and shit down if I remember correctly.
Yep, and both are subject to change a little. Sometimes your out of bed height might be a little more and your evening/ night height might be a little less.
So, she doesn't know the basic geometry , BC she's shorter than every guy there and her line of vision is at an angle , so she's measuring 3-4 centeemeters wrong , line of vision should be perpendicular to the point that you're measuring and she's measuring 3-4 centemeters less , than their actual height🙂
She should had made a 45 degree angle to the ground from the top of the man's head and then measured the distance between the center of his feet to the previous contact point on the ground..then applied Pythagoras theorum to find the vertical height

But weight can be changed with persistent effort/diet. Height however is determined by genetics and there is nothing much you can do after puberty to increase your height

The thing that in the morning you are taller is real, being lying at night the gravity does not affect your feet, when you get up your body gets used to being stretched and not about its weight, if I am not mistaken, for that reason is that you are higher in the morning XD
No, there are cavities in your spine so when you walk during the day your spine compresses under the impact of walking, this can decrease your height by up to 2cm. In the morning, the cavities have opened and you're taller when you wake up.

Actually your height could be different through out the day due to your spine compression. From 3-5 cm, stretching in the morning helps extend 3-5 cm for a short period of time depends on the activity you do.
5cm is a lot of variation. If we forget morning height our height just ranges between 1cm up and down. That’s our real height. In my case I’m 188cm and 187-187.5cm when I get tired then when I’m relaxed once again 188cm. 189-189.5cm lasts only in the morning. If we forget morning typically our height goes back and fourth 1cm. If you are 181cm then you’ll be 180/181cm depending if your activity. If you are 188cm like me you’ll be 187/188cm during your day. A 200cm guy would be 199/200cm depending what he does. That’s why I believe our height is our average height not our low. In my case as 187cm low and 189cm max I go with 188cm. I can even measure 188cm in the evening after I’m relaxed. That means I’m 188cm
