The issue I have is when venting and complaints are not differentiated. Like venting is occasional and not usually about the same topic over and over. While complaining is repetitive and consistent. If you fall into this camp, then you can't call it venting. Just because it's a new day. People pick up on patterns and depending on what it is, they don't like it
