I agree with you about allowing you to show your true emotion is a strength. I hear the phrase "man up" all the time to people who are supposdley acting weak (when they're not, they are just showing their emotions). It annoys me a lot!

Best thing for mental health is a good healthy routine and get up early bed early. When you are depressed you need structure even for self care like book a massage or hot bath. Time socialising
Good video Danny, but I've let out all of my negative emotions and cried for days upon days on end. My fianceé/gf of 4 years left me and I haven't been right since, talking to people or not. I have shown people my vulnerable side and asked for help but everyone around me is tired of my own wallowing at this point. I will never find anyone like her, and every day I have to grapple with wanting to carry on breathing. I even spent time dating and sleeping around, and I feel nothing. Talking when you are depressed helps, but I'd like to see a video on how to handle grief.

Distract yourself with outdoor sports or something not involving alcohol. Time will pass and you won't feel like this. But talking good sometimes we need to distract our brain
