I wish a more detailed long video for these. Color options and the combinations of set. I feel like the shoes you wore gives most emphasis on what you’re wearing.
Chelsea boots are slip ons that's why they look more modern and feminine, whereas lace up and combat boots generally have a tighter and secure fight so they give the outdoorsy masculine vibe.
Thursday makes good heritage boots like the captains but I’ve seen some reviews on their western boots and I wouldn’t get them. It’s very common to have different width sizes for western boots. From most narrow to most wide B, D, E, EE, EEE Thursday does not factor in the width size. They standardize the sizes like you would for a shoe. If you look at the major western boot makers they all factor in width size Anderson bean, justin’s, ariats, luchesse, Tony lama, twisted x, double H, redwing, and my newest desire is Tecovas…… They go up in size by .5 increments so you can get a more precise fit. Their cheapest boot they offer is 255$ the cheapest westerns from Thursday are 220$ I’ve worn boots that were too narrow for my feet and my feet have never hurt worse in my life. Spend the extra 35$ and get some that are wide enough for you, your feet will thank you
Please don’t tuck your jeans in. The look you’re going for is when military members use a boot band to hold their pants rolled up to a certain height, but you’re not in the military, and tucked ain’t it, homies :)
No slim or skinny jeans for cowboy boots? Skin tight no; slim fitting seems fine especially if they're the stretch ones and they can fit around the boot without having the boot line shaft showing through the jeans. But screw it, people wear skinny jeans with their boots and they're happy so why get mad at someone wearing what they want?
If you have higher lace up shoes like me for example don't cuff your pants it looks stupid ngl instead get the front tip of you pants and tuck it inside the shoe but not so deep maybe just a centimeter in and then let the entire pants rest over the tuck so it looks more natural and and less nerdier but if you longer pants idk you're on your own
Half these look terrible, straight cut pants never look good and the shirt unbuttoned at bottom and untucked looked ridiculous. Otherwise basically saying just wear slim jeans chinos and dress pants. Which you know, isn't useful..
I am an out-of-touch dork, I guess. I am 39-years-old and still dress in baggy 32 x 34 jeans and Timberlands or DCs with a band shirt. Idk whats up with Chelseas, Wingtips, Chukkas or whatever that all is. I can NEVER find pants anymore, because they are all skinny and --- yipe
