I had one of these the other day that hadnt been swept for 8 years the baffles would not lift up high enough to slide out so my only choice was to try and take the bracket off that they sit on and one of the bolts snapped it was a complete disaster lol i need to go back to replace fire bricks and decide what im going to do hopefully the 1 bolt that is left will tighten up enough to hold them in place. I think the bracket had been put on too high as there on sliders and it didnt leave me enough room to lift metal baffles up, the lugs just would not lift out if them holes.
