As an abuse survivor I can tell you that I had MORE rage towards my mother. Why? Because my father was/is sick. There is no hope for him. But my mother could have saved/protected us if she wanted to. She voluntarily looked away. She chose my father, her lifestyle, her public image, her comfort over our safety. She allowed us to suffer. To me, my mother was/is evil. Being evil is much worse than being sick. If I had to choose who would die (theoretical) I would choose my mom over my dad every time
😢Eric & Lyle’s solution wasn’t correct HOWEVER as society has learned in the years since; prolonged abuse “can” produce murder. The letter they've found that was sent to the cousin 8 months prior to the incident with their POS parents speaks volumes. Imagine all the truthful individuals that are locked up and innocent. Nobody deserves to be molested and if we would handle the situation like they did we would have a decent society in America.
@jonathanchant6655 no they don't they still murdered two people , the abuse didn't come out till years later as a way to get out , I hope the judge sticks to the sentences. There murdered their parents.
@@KilieshamarieIt didn't come out to the public, the family knew and they have factual evidence, not hearsay from not only before the case but before the murders. They served enough for rehabilitation from their abuse and the murders but they should get their second chance since their parents ruined it the first time around

Being abused doesn't give you the license to kill. The parents also never had the chance to serve a prison sentence if they were found guilty. They lost their life and freedom forever. And if the brothers are freed, then release all the others who've been severely abused that are in prison. The prisons are full of them.
I think this case is more about morals over textbook crime. They were tortured. And they were practically kids still, and yeah they were fucked up, but look who raised them, is it that shocking? I think if anything it's a true testament to Kitty and Jose's shitty parenting
God bless them. They lived…correction, they suffered through their YOUNG life with a father who was a narcissist peodofile and a mother who was “compliant” with it all. They suffered both mentally and physically. What is the boys retribution…I think all is equal. What should the parent’s punishment be for sexually and mentally abusing these young boys from such a young age be?? I think they were “tried and convicted” when they met their maker. The boys suffered more with their biological parents than they’ve ever suffered in jail…release them. Bless you Kyle and Erick.
@@puppetozThere was some proof and witness accounts, plus a 3rd party victim unrelated to the family claimed the father r@ped him as a child. In my opinion, you don’t kill your parents in THAT manner over money.
I’m perfectly good at this point for them to be released, but suing may be a bit much. Everything about them is a product of the time/era. You can’t fault the system from actions 35 years ago as it was what it was…. At this point, I’m fairly certain suing would be the last thing on their mind anyway…after early 2000’s they thought there was never a chance they get out…
Set them free! The monsters they had as parents drove them to do what they did to them, you had to be in the shoes of those two innocent children who endured horrors for years from those who where supposed to protect them ,they did a favor to society and probably saved other children from been abused from that monster they had as a father who knows.

This 2 sh... butuchard 2 people. It was one of the bloodiest scenes that officers had seen. They were also bad characters acting act. If you want them out have them live with you. Not in my neighborhood. There lots of people who have been abused and they don't go out and murder the abusers. Murder is not acceptable in a ""moral" society.
