Jean Francois Tan and monk Chan Mony the two respective individual whom dictator Vietcong Hun Sen assigned on CLV DTA argument in favor to oppose arguments non-favor from public 16+million peoples' rejections of the plan. Frustrated Francois Tan cannot persuade publics to support CLV he smeared his critics being rightists/ extremists etc. On the other hand monk Chan Mony was used as a supernatural being in the faiths sectors to deceive rural areas with high rate of illiteracy and they have been orchestrated as followers of Chan Mony and to be counted as numbers of supporters without their knowledgeable capacities of CLV.
