Thank you for making this video. I have these exact same symptoms, same ear and similar age. About 10 years ago I visited my GP and he referred me for an MRI which did not 'reveal' anything. The consultant was not that great. Basically nothing could be done. I had full auditory tests. I had a bespoke hearing aid made for my left ear which has had mixed results as my tinnitus is so bad. I seldom wear it now. I have pretty much lost all my hearing in my left ear. My right ear I thought was good but I apparently only have about 65-70% of the performance it should be. The audiologist told me that if or when I lose my hearing totally then I should consider a cochlea implant and or a skull/post mounted implant hearing aids for both ears. This was all the treatment I was offered above getting the hearing aid which I don't now use. My symptoms still persist. My tinnitus is worse. It was bad before, but now in both ears. I have not had any further assessment since the initial ones 10n years ago. This is because my GP has retired. He was a brilliant doctor, Oxford University trained doctor. His surgery I think is still going, but it has a very bad rep now. Shame as I was one of his first patients after he built it and started practicing. I have since switched practices in my town to another medical centre but have not been able to even see a doctor in several years from the fall out of covid. Meanwhile what hearing I have remaining is deteriorating. You say Meniere's is caused by a build up of fluid in the inner ear? Is it possible to have this drained and perhaps restore hearing and reduce or cure tinnitus? I remember the consultant I saw suggested to me that there might be damage to a nerve that passes close to or through the auditory canal which could be the source of the tinnitus. Is this a possibility?

Thank you for sharing this. I am not a doctor but the video mentioned first line treatment for this condition and for sure there are others such like surgery intended to relief the extrafluid build up by removing the endolymphatic sac that is responsible for the fluid secretions in the first place and second i believe there some sort of shunt can be made to also drain the excess fluid. These procedures are done by an ENT surgeon but i really don't know their outcomes on the long run.
