On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, the Urban Ecology Center and a mix of partners led and co-facilitated an interactive data collection hike through Three Bridges Park. Dr. Somesh Roy of Marquette University engaged participants in a dialogue about the neighborhood-with an emphasis on the impacts of industrialization, air quality, and public health. Air sensors that collect air quality data in real time were utilized along with other data collection tools during this program. The readings were then converted into data visualizations that were displayed during the Haggerty Museum of Art’s exhibition "Tomás Saraceno: Entangled Air."
