It says that if you are taking Sublingual hormones to check for specific video for instructions. There was nothing in the video that said what to do in this case of sublingual hormones? Also, I messed up my requisition form and need a fresh one. I really made a mess of the Section where you write down Hormone, brand, ROA, dose, Date used, etc.Can I print out a new one? Please advise, I am starting this test tomorrow, Presidents day (Monday) at dinner time.Thanks much!
