Great video, Samantha. You eat in a way that I aspire to and I totally agree with your views on health. Likewise, I think that SlimmingWorld can be adapted to most diets whether it’s what we think of as the standard western diet, vegetarian, low carb etc I think people lose their way when they don’t change to healthy food as a way of life and start reintroducing the processed rubbish. That’s a particular bugbear of mine when people give up with SW and move to calorie counting and are eating rubbish within their calorie allowance, then they say they’ve had a few bad days because they’ve felt sluggish and lethargic! The more we eat fresh, unprocessed food, the healthier and slimmer we’ll be - as you have proved 😊

Hi Susan. I believe it’s the foods I’m removing from my diet that’s helping me personally, such as highly processed foods, and high starchy/ sugary foods. Eating real food with not too many ingredients. ❤

Well done on your weight loss x i like slimming world because I didn't get fat eating bananas, rice and pasta! I know you don't eat starchy foods but being vegan i do eat them x great to see you back x
