Thanks for review. I have a nonbranded cup most similar to Athena in design but long suspected that my large was a small. This confirmed my suspicion. I love my cup cuz I don't feel it at all when wearing it, but I found it is hard to remove, because I learned I have high cervix and it has that short stem.

To tell if it unfolded put your middle finger to the bottom of it and swoop your finger in a circle on it. If you feel a circle its open. Folded its not

Hi I brought my first cup in small, 50 yrs old an this is really really new to me I never used tampons so yeah. But my question is when I think I have it in it sits pretty low I guess I don't have it in right because when I walk it makes a suction noise an when I sit with it, it goes flat on the side. So can u tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

@@mannypedib thank you for responding, I actually went to the website and got a lot of great tips. I brought a Luna cup and a athena cup but they didn't work for my flow, I also brought a diva cup but it was too hard for me. So I ended up buying 2 more different cups that are my goldilocks cups one is the Super Jeanie and the other is the Love ur body both in large. This will be my 3rd cycle using them an I have learned which one to use the first light days and I use the luv ur body for my heavy days. Shalom
