@@2TheEndzOfTime he doesn't really deserve sympathy, most of the time these scammers are part of legitimate call centers for other businesses. It's one thing to do it for one day and decide it's not the job you want, it's another thing to do it for several months(maybe even years) and con dozens of people/steal their PC access and/or identity.

What's fascinating is you've created a dependence in him from a psychological perspective. He can't give up until he wins or he works out how to break the loop, which he never will. I swear that he hears your voice in his dreams, in his head. Every day he looks in the mirror and he thinks "I'm going to get that bitch today. I'm going to win." The longer he fails, the more he becomes dependent on his need to fail at your hands. It's a thing of malicious beauty. Malicious because he has done this to himself and you haven't had to try at all.

I think this is also slowly training scammers to think that old people are actually not technologically capable enough to scam. They’re painting a portrait of the elderly that suggests they’re too difficult a target. This nuance may not work overall, but it is something.
Mark just gets more and more irate. I love how he’s starting to realize he “trusted the wrong person”. In my head canon, I like to think his wife Tina is leaving him because she found out he’s a scammer. Even though I know, Tina is likely as real as Margaret’s Google Play cards. He is hands down my favorite scammer. His character arch rivals some of the best. Kitboga has made many scammers scream, yell and go ballistic but this man. You blew a fuse in his head that couldn't get replaced.
