This presentation focuses on mental health conditions and steps we can take as a community of parents, caregivers and self-advocates to foster self-determination and remove barriers to mental health services. The impact of COVID-19 on mental health services will also be discussed. The presenters will share their experiences, strategies and resources. This presentation is focused on autistic adults with intellectual impairment and who are enrolled in DDA.
