Mark, I’d like to say thank you for opening up and sharing. You certainly don’t owe anyone an explanation, but the fact that you shared like this really, truly helps someone like me and will help others too. Mental health should be a priority for everyone. I’ve lost family members who have taken their own lives cause they bottled sh*t up and didn’t talk to others. Again thanks for sharing and for the reminder….cardboard at the end of the day is just a hobby and there are things in life that are much, much bigger.
