Mental health awareness 

hey guys a bit of a different video from what I normally do. this month is mental health awareness month and I thought I'd share my journey. I deal with depression on a daily basis, something uncontrollable. I've managed to find a way to create a norm within it so thought I'd share that to hopefully help others in the same situation. it's a long video but truly if you struggle with it try stay till the end.
