I randomly bought this game on a sale around the holidays and man was I pleasantly surprised. It's a solid, albeit a short little Metroidvania. Not too challenging, but aside from the graphics which might be an acquired taste (I love 'em, GameBoy gang represent) it's a really good starter Metroidvania imo. Short, compact, neat, not too complicated but still pretty good. That said, since I'm commenting on a Quin's Metroidvania related video: Quin, my man, check out Blasphemous. Try Super Metroid. Engage in some Enviromental Station Alpha. Have a quick Axiom Verge. Frolick around in Shantae & The Pirate's Curse. For your own sake, Quin. Even if it's just off-camera.

I had this weird random thought that one day Quin will put his pfp at 90% trasparency in a corner of the screen, and it starts small but it will grow in size over the course of the video until at the very end it just covers the entire screen. And he won't mention it even once. ... Huh, also, cute video.

There is a game called Rainworld that is about exploring the world and surviving in a vicious ecosystem as a smol creature called a slugcat. Since you like playing as cats and like games with exploration I thought I should bring the game to your attention. Also it got dlc recently so there are even more little slugcat fellas to play as and co-op.

“I will create chaos. Or consume it…haven’t decided yet.” And that is how I know Quin has experience with real cats. 😂😂❤ Nevermind, 4:47 proves it is simply because Quin is a cat himself. A human cat. His slip of the tongue has revealed his true nature.

Day 2 of recommending quin to play Titanfall 2 campaign it's a movement based fps game where you can also drive giant op robots. The campaigns only about 4-6 hours so it would be perfect for a longer video or a series of 3-5 episodes!

You should play Stray! It's a sad, mind challenging, and fun cat game!

Since everyone else is recommending games: how about Moonlighter or Lobotomy Corporation? Moonlighter is where you dungeon crawl by night and run a shop by day, and Lob Corp is a SUPER tough roguelike-ish SCP Foundation management game. Edit: THE MESSENGER! I CAN'T FORGET HOW GOOD THAT IS! Ninja Gaiden metroidvania with fantastic music and story. 👍

If you want a Metroidvania that’s short enough for one vid then Metroid fusion might be pushing it but that game’s 90% combat

QUIN, I found this game called “a tale of paper” it’s a puzzle platformer for 20 bucks on steam. As I was playing it I kept thinking how much I think you’d like it. Even if you don’t record it you should check it out!

Okay hear me out, I feel like you would enjoy the game Swordigo. I played it as a teen on my phone so I’m not sure if it’s available on a different gaming device. However it’s still worth playing even just on the phone. it’s literally so good. It’s an action adventure platformer. It used to be ad free but I recently replayed it and you have to pay to remove ads... still worth it though. It’s similar to Metroid and Zelda ll: the adventure of link.
