I have troy tritium sights, very dim rear sight not worth it. I don't think any tritium is worth it. Pictures show way brighter someone else complained. Camera sensors show light better then eyes, giving false perspective.
I think the rears are dim on purpose for tritium rifle sights. I believe they are just supposed to give a ghost ring effect to give you some reference point to center the front post. If they are too bright they become a distraction and are too close to the eye to focus properly anyway. Also, when in actual dark conditions, your eyes' natural "night vision" kicks in and you will notice them seemingly become much brighter. That jumped out at me the most when I had a Valmet from the 80's. At the time I had it, the tritium was about 25 years old and seemingly dead. Once when I took it camping, I noticed in the dark that they still glowed enough to still be usable.
I ordered a set can’t return the damn rear sight missing the mounting bracket and Allen bolt 🤦🏻 140 down the drain will never buy again nor recommend to anyone
