Where r u moving there from? I just visited this place about a week ago and im actually leaving trento on friday after being here for a month. I’m heartbroken!!! Ive stayed in Ala italy and i just cant leave without crying a river!

You missed one gem of Meran - The most beautiful and complete horse racing place (Rennplatz), which originally was created by the Austrian Kaiser dynasty, and enlarged and completed under Mussolini. Another mention worth extending is regarding Dr. Franz Tappeiner, who was not only the “creator” of the Tappeiner Promenade (trail), but THE Doctor who brought the city of Meran to international attention with the healing waters (Thermes) and cures, which than developed the hotel tourism which is still the main industry in the area of Meran and adjacent towns beside the agriculture (wine and fruits)

Writing "Meran" with those weird Unicode characters makes it *seem* bold, but the browser can't find that text when users search for it. Might want to double-check that Google doesn't exclude your video from searches for "Meran South Tyrol". UPDATE: indeed, I can't find it.
Thanks Dan for reporting, we already checked this in the past and it appears that Google is smart enough to index those bold keywords. If we search for "meran south tyrol", we see that this video is ranked 5th in the search results, instead for the keyword "merano" it is ranked #4. @Eris when we went there we thought the same thing 🙂. If you watched Ortisei and Chiusa (bit.ly/south-tyrol) you'll notice this is a common feature of all the South Tyrolean villages. They are all well maintained and so beautiful. That's why we keep visit them 😄.

Wir haben gerade eine Woche im Europa Splendid verbracht. Ich sehe hier gar keinen Verkehr, zu welcher Uhrzeit habt Ihr den Rundgang gemacht? Wir wohnen sehr ruhig am Waldrand gelegen, hier war eine Woche Tag und Nacht so extremer Radau wegen des auch nachts nicht endenden sehr hohen Verkehrsaufkommens, dass ich sehr schlecht geschlafen habe. Zweifelsohne ist Meran sehr schön, aber stoppen kann man auch anderswo auf dieser Welt.
Yep, South Tyrol is mostly frequented by Germans. From wikipedia: "According to the 2011 census, 62.3% of the population uses German as their first language".
Not Meran where they are 50/50% but in South Tyrol German mother tongue are more than 60%, Italian mother tongue 25%, and Ladins 5%. Almost everybody is bilingual.
I was in Meran und Bozen in the1962 it looks more beautiful know, the have the delicious Cherry trees and relaxing place ,friendly and good food 🍒🍒🌺🌺🍨 👍👍👍👍🙋♀🚴♂

@@Voyatours Is very pretty, very well maintained, not so big, but there's places a little upper with stairs, not very easy to climb for all the persons but if you are young and without problems is ok. I prefer the gardens of Villa Taranto in Lago Maggiore, more big, not so hard to climb and very beautiful too.
