Do you know why mercedes chose not to integrate this tablet into one bigger screen like in other models?? Even cheaper A-class has it.

If you have to chose that or the Cayenne what would be your pick. GLC is a lil more compact I know but that’s why I would love your opinion. Money is not a problem. I would go fully loaded on both options! Anyone?

FFrost LMAO right. The 2020 GLC 43 AMG was just announced and shown in blue for Europe. I expect it to make its way to the states before the end of the year.

I dislike Mercs new front headlight design. What they had before was better. In case of the GLC also the new layout of the rear lights is a step back IMO.

I hope they improve build quality in the next generation. A little off topic... But why did people say the old A Class had low material quality because it had more soft touch plastics than the new A Class so I am confused.

Great review, Thomas, as usual ! I have the GLC 300d AMG Prem Plus and even this suspension seems to be sometimes harsh to me compared to the B-Class W256 I used to own before that. However, there is something that I find uncomfortable for me in MB - the steering wheel column is not centered with the seat, but moved towards the central console. Probably it was designed for some reason, however I do not find it particularly useful because I do not lean on the central armrest when driving.

Its only been on the roads in Canada one year and they're changing it! There will be many aggravated customers. Mercedes did the same with the c400>c450>c43 and no doubt the C53 at some point in the near future, all this since 2015. I originally bought the c400 and I was annoyed at these changes (devaluing your vehicle overnight)

With the one man/person one engine philosophy do you get the option of being able to choose that person to build your engine? Say for example, if I buy one AMG and love the product, could I request that person for another model? Or is the naming philosophy just marketing fluff?

I just ordered a 2021 GLC 43 in this same colour, the 63 would definitely be the choice (with the GLE 54 stock wheels) if money were no object.

I really do like your reviews very much, but I'm wondering why you choose to talk about "animal skin subjects" every single edition. I think when discussing (and riding) 100K cars there's much more involved concerning animal (non)welfare and the environment in common than just the use of leather for the seats. BTW, I ride a 2019 BMW X3, with -sorry to say- Vernasca leather interior.

Nice job Autogefühl My toughst on this car 1 These new wheels are clinical 2 This is a solid spec 3 No SUV trinyg to be a coupe ( Yeah I'm talking about the other stupid looking version) 4 No overdone black exterior details 5 I'm not sure about the new graphics on the LEDs headlamps.
