I think I know the answer to these questions, but nevertheless I just want to confirm... 1. This mod makes the AM radio no longer functional? 2. The mods on the front panel matrix make the buttons unusable in the FM Radio / CD? 3. I guess mods on the front panel matrix can't be done in the MF2199 or is there a way? Thank you for the detailed instructions :) Greetings from Colombia
1. correct - AM will be no longer usable 2. correct - we are completely repurposing them for the bt board 3. indeed - anything's possible, but that removable doo-dad will probably require a bit of extra work .. probably not worth it instead of just getting a non-removable face plate audio 10 cd
Nu trebuie să te scuzi, toată lumea funcționează în acest mod. Așa se procedează pentru a putea avea o activitate de succes. Îți doresc să îți meargă bine în noua activitate.
Hallo. I appreciate your good will to share the long-collected knowledge with wide audience, and would like to ask, are there plans to share bluetooth connection methodics to the Bosch 1150 (APS bt-2), as it is completely different unit. Thank You.
Thanks for sharing this I appreciate it! Do the steering wheel controls work with the button mod? I wasn’t sure if they would pass through the same places
i believe the function for generating the code has to be surjective, because there can be / are far more than 100.000 serial numbers. serial numbers are unique, codes are not. so surjective
no but - surjective means that all CODEs are touched at least once .. and it doesn't have to be surjective, because the code 00000 .. as far as I know - or codes with many repeating digits - seem to be methodically avoided
Do you know the sequence of button pushes that will get you into the service menu? I want to change a regular unmodified radio, including AM, from european station intervals to american. (such as american being 10khz between channels, and european being 9 khz, and whatever is similar for FM intervals?)
there was one for the becker audio 10 CC as far as I know, there isn't any option for the ALPINE Audio 10 CD but if you do find it - please drop it in here ❤️
@@Darieee OK. I'm also looking for the same thing for a Becker Indianapolis. There must be some repair professional manual that has this info for service menus not available to the general public.
Very nice! If you have the files I would love to see where you achieved this with AM injection on the Audio 30 CC (Alpine). I found the points on benzworld or somewhere to connect over the cassette lines, and then used a QCC3031 that would power from the tape motor and pair. This worked nicely for a few months, but the cassette unit later stopped spinning and now always ejects the tape because of the 'stuck' detection 😢
@@Darieee Thank you for sharing what you've learned about these radios. I wouldn't feel guilty about having not done so before, it's the nature of running any specialized business. Your videos on this subject were very helpful and sparked my interest in these kind of DIY projects.
I will be very happy to see the solution on CM1031. At least a clear AUX without ground noise on AM injection. Because i couldnt find any solution for AUX
@@hammadialfakhri nono - there are modules that come with a DC DC converter, which galvanically isolates both the + and - rails, so, any noise happening on the bluetooth chip side doesn't spill back into the radio
