I own one with AMG interior exterior package and I think is very cool and nimble car! Maybe is not the best 0 to 100 but is not slow. If is slow why I’m always overtaking?😅
Having read all the comments im worried about my c180k 1.6. Still low end torque is fine 230nm at 2600rpms. Being a blue efficiency variant the gearing is much longer resulting a slow af car. Although i can easily get 5.0l/100km on the motorway. Hehe
I can’t see where you get the 8.6 from. Take a stopwatch and start it the moment you see the traction control indicator. I get 9.7 seconds. I wish that car would run 8.6 ;P. Long time ago though.
Yes it does. Automatic transmissions have come a long way in regard to fuel consumption, but the manual, driven properly, will still beat an auto box on fuel consumption/economy everytime.
In over 90% cars manual is better for fuel save 1) Weights less than automatic gearbox 2) You can choose gear at current speed -You can choose gear yourself, so you can play grandpa at 1500 rpm on top gear😂
This konpressors are slow... Very lack of high end power compared to cgi turbo's. Low end torque is amazing, but all fun gone after shifting into 2nd gear, where you beginning from 4.5 rpm ay every shifting and supercharger potential is much lower then turbo. This kompressors needs tune ecu, smaller s/c pulley and cold air, and then boom. Much better then turbo.
@@Tjoppievdw yeah, thats true. Also power delivery are not the same, the cgi have expanded power curve where max torque are reached if im remember correctly from 1500 compared to 2500 old komoressors and maximum power keeping longer and are achieved a bit earlier. But just try to imagine if old komoressors would have same direct injection and power delivery maps, i think it would be crazy, but sad thing is that emissions are very controlled so, sure why they went on turbos.
