I now have my 2018 Mercedes Benz C-Class for 2 years and It is time to share with you guys my experience with it. My Instagram - / pogauto Sister's Channel - goo.gl/wTqoVs
Agree 100% on what you said about putting winter tires on. In 2019, I crashed my Mom's GLC300 into a curb because the OEM Pirellis were nearly worn, the road was icy, and I lost control when going around a curb surrounding a tree. Wasn't even going that fast. We got Michelin Latitude X-Ice XI2 winter tires with aftermarket wheels and they are good for treadlife, but I wish we had gotten the Nokians you have.
I absolutely love this car. It's not overly big, it's nimble and it's fast! Did I say this car handles and corners like a race car? Look at those tires it will be expensive to replace though.
Bro instead of talking about the small things like snow and wipers you should mention the engine issues or if u spent anything on maintained and what the costs are it will be a much better review rather than sharing your stories about someone hitting the door handle that’s not an issue with the car that a potential buyer wants that can happen with any car we want to know about cost of owning and maintenance
I had my w205 diesel 220 and i loved that car. Ordered it from the factory and had i for 7 years before crashed this week :( Man i loved that car. The only things i had to fix during those years was new brake pads. No mechanical issues still after 160 000 km. The only negatives is that the fake leather ripped and i only weigh 80kg. The car was also a bit low so sometimes when driving over a speedbump it scrapped the bottom of the front bumper. Also the washer fluid stopped working since it got clogged and that is a common issue i have heard.
Hi Pog, I just have a question about when you had your 2018 Merceds C300 4Matic. Did you every have a problem with engine code P052E71 Valve crankcase ventilation malfunction?
Hey Corey, I have the same issue with mine. Apparently pretty common, had a friend who had to replace the crank case 3 times within the time he had the car also. Not a super urgent fix but I wouldn’t neglect it as I believe it can create carbon build up in the motor (not a mechanic though so I could be wrong about that)
at about 6 minutes 4 sec you say the bottom of door the light luminates the Mercedes Benz logo.....is that a factory feature or you bought something aftermarket?
Hi i am student in California and i am planning to get a Mercedes but i am confused in c 300 and Gla 250. I know you have both your sister has gla soo what do you prefer. Also i can pay $800 monthly EMI.
Both our C-Class and GLA are 2018 Model year. I find my C-Class more comfortable and the interior is much nicer too. If you are looking into a 2021 GLA I think it’s worth to take it for a test drive and see how you like it. If it matters to you I also find the GLA standard speakers better than my C-Class and the GLA also has Apple Car Play. When it comes to driving I find the C-Class really fun to drive
Honestly I was in the same position as u and the biggest factor leading me to buy the c class was the body shape. The c class has an amazing flow to it but the GLA looks like a tiny suv might as well get a fucking Subaru.
@@POGAuto thank you sooo much for your feedback. I am looking for the used C Class with Burmeister sound system and Multibeam headlights..! Just like yours and then will give it some little performance and visual upgrades.! 2021 model are lil expensive. Also the driving dynamic and performance of a Sedan is unbeatable.
Hey bro, thanks for the video. I own a C300 as well but I hear a lot of creaking noise from almost everywhere in the interiors of the car while driving. Is this just me? Does/did it happen to you as well?
not gonna lie you attempting to leave your driveway even though there was that much snow left on the end of your driveway would stop anyone that has a Sadan or coupe like car regardless of model so don't be surprised you get stuck even with good snow tires
It will be different for everyone. That’s why I haven’t really talked about how much it costs me to drive this car for a year but could technically make a video on it
i have watched your earlier video and i feel you had a enough out of this vehicle.. it’s time you push it to me.. how may h grands do u wanna sell it to me
I think 2018 C300 still has M274 engine (MB changed to newly designed much improved M264 in 2019 for C). This 274 engine has famous piston#1 cracking problem during 20K-60K miles. Watch our for this tick bomb..
Because it’s German engineering and Hyundai is Korean. Reliability+Luxury. Hyundai has come a long way but at the end of the day it’s still a Hyundai and not everyone wants to drive one. To each their own. I own a 2017 Mercedes Benz C3004matic sport+night package and I drive it daily. I do my own oil changes as well since it’s fairly easy.
@@alexanderpena2317 if you say so buddy…I’m poor that’s true and I can’t afford it. Your right! That’s why I bought one…I guess poor people drive Mercedes Benz and rich people drive Hyundai. Upper models are for much poorer people. Lol. I wonder what you drive. Do you mind sharing? 😂
