Welcome everyone to my channel Here on my channel you will find videos regarding the ownership experience of our Mercedes and Tesla vehicles that we currently own. Since I love making videos you can also expect vlogs and videos on other vehicles as well.
Letting any modern vehicle run completely out of fuel is a bad idea. With gasoline engines, running them completely dry can suck sludge or dirt and water into the injectors. In a diesel engine, you would suck air into the high pressure pump and injectors, causing an "air lock", and in some vehicles, there's no way for the owner to re-prime the injectors once they're air locked, resulting in a trip to a mechanic. In EV's and PHEV's it's very bad for the battery to run it below 0%, and doing so can result in an error code and a trip to the mechanic. In an EV, when the battery says "0%", unless you can actually see the EV charge station, meaning it's only a block or two away, you are better off to pull over and wait for a rescue charge or a tow.
Yes matte screen protectors for sure blur the screen quality but avoiding glare is awesome. If you want quality over glare for sure go with gloss screen protector which mag glass also has I just asked for the matte finish since that is what I prefer
I have the Spigen installed on my Model X Screen and yes it was easier but for some reason I had to deal with bubbles after install - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1ZBZmskNlow.html
Weird! I got the same exact car and when filling it up I only get 610km of range, I kinda feel I get way less on the road too, am I too harsh on the gas pedal? What was the your speed on the highway?
Hello, I just picked up my 2022 Model X at local Tesla store. I have the same rattling or squeaking noise too. It has been in the shop for about a week now for several issues (14 total in fact). Does Tesla fix the noise issue now ? In addition, does your wood trim crack ? It feels uneven surface all over the wood trim. They just told me the part they ordered has the “same” quality which I am not 100% certain. Is there any thing you suggest ?
My rattles and squeaks are still there. I started feeling it gotten worse every time they tried fixing it. No my wood trim does not creak but sometimes does by the instrument cluster
@@POGAuto I just picked up my model X from the shop after my previous message (was in the shop for 7 days). The noise is less than before and hope it won’t come back. 🤞 Apparently the wood trim has some cracks since I checked other 2022 Model X there and it feels the same. <Note> my car has pretty much the same alignment issues like yours 🤦♂️. Just in different areas…
This is Jaco from Tlyard. We are a store that sells Tesla accessories. We absolutely love your RU-vid. Excuse me, would you like to cooperate? How can we contact you?
Great video! Thanks! New sub. I have not yet purchased my first electric car but this video is very informative for the future. i've always wondered what happens in this exact situation!
Guys you don't need all this gear just to change tires at home. You only need the hand tools and a car jack, you don't need plastic blocks behind the wheels either if you just lift the handbrake, the rear tires are locked, and you put the car in gear/park mode, you only ever change one tire at a time so you have three tires on the ground at all times which is safe. Lastly no need for a jack stand here, use car jack and pump it up just enough so that the tire leaves the ground.
actually in my province going on this road trip with the Elantra seemed to be more economical then the Tesla since the supercharging rate is $0.67 per kilowatt. Tesla is only cheap for me to drive if I only home charge. It feels like to me that as soon as i'm supercharging in the winter it is more than cost of gas since I get less range.
May 13, 2024 and my Model Y, (1500 miles), just had all cameras go blank. My guess is that there is a number of software conditions that can cause this problem. I tried several "fixes" including this one without results. Scheduled a service visit. In my case, a previously installed update did not cause the issue, and I had the opportunity to install a new update, (2024.12.3.6) which also did not fix the issue.
The issue that we buy EV to save money for car service expenses! But the car is 10 of thousands above good petrol cars that you can buy! So u paid already for those expenses when u buy a car like tesla? Although its s very nice car that I drove.
100% there is no savings especially if you count how many times tesla did a price drop which adds on top of depreciation. I bought my new 2024 model 3 and a week later they drop the price by $3000 which is now a loss on top of depreciation. The supercharging is also now $0.67 per kilowatt in Alberta which if you are not home charging it will cost you close to as much as gas on a hybrid car. But i do like Tesla since it is fun to drive, convenient for not having to got to a gas station and it does feel cheaper to drive because of home charging and the tech and autopilot is amazing.
@@POGAuto ooh 3 thousand is a big amount! I tested model 3 and model S plaid and really loved them but of course the new model 3 is really nice and I’m thinking about it! Here in Qatar the charging station I think is for free so far so I should take this chance before they apply the charges😄
Do you really bake the stealth grey? I ordered the Model 3 performance in stealth grey but was thinking to change my order to red. What are your thoughts?
Fun fact : highland was never a thing and it’s actually never been called that. Even Tesla said they don’t know why or where ppl got that from and started calling it that
Seriously, who in their right mind thought a motorized charge port or electronic door latches were a good idea?? Especially a motorized charge port with no place to grap to open it by hand?? What’s wrong with the designs we used for the fuel door in an ICEV, where you A. reach into a divot in the door to open it (my preferred way), 2, push the door in to pop it out (push latch), or even III, pull a lever next to the driver’s seat with a cable attached?
That’s a really cool feature but I think it should utilize more sensors and more cameras like radar, LiDAR and other sensors and it should have more controls like a radio controlled cars so you can keep out of traffic and pedestrians and low objects like sidewalks and curves with visual cameras on your phone so that you can see where you are going the, military can control drones why can’t we control our cars in the same way?
