Great job Kris, EQC is no doubt thirsty, but you can't argue with the comfort and interior simply the best for any premium EV in 2020

Hi Kriss. When making videos, adjust the volume between your voice and music. The music is often louder than the voice. Otherwise, I like your videos. You do not need the blacks between the scenes, it works fine without.

I'd been debating for a few videos now whether or not to say anything. When chromecasting to a home theatre though the volume changes can be deafening, so it would be nice if future videos kept this in mind. Kris, you're on my tv bro!

Sorry, forgot to adjust the audio to match the music 😬 Will do this better in the future 😊

8:03 43kW on a 50kW charger is normal on this low SoC with the EQC. The battery pack of the EQC has lower voltage than the batteries from cars like e-tron, I-Pace or Polestar 2.

Thank you Kris for testing the EQC also showing the Ioniq reality which is quite good - if those charger works....aren´t they showing it "Live" in your app / connection if one is not working? I am on the fence for either going PHEV or full EV, not sure they fit me well yet. Thinking about Etron / X3 / EQC

Sorry meaning BMW iX3 - missed the "i" there - would be great if you can test it too soon :)

Very confusing video the title said EQC range test but you do not talk about the range test in the video and give us little information about that ,we see charging from maybe 9% to maybe 15% but we get no information about what % it was ,and in Elverum we only briefly see on screen 343 km and you talk about arriving with 1% SOC so no summary of the range ,if you are doing range test you have to show the stats and do the maths like Björn Nyland always does 🙁

New IONITY charger about halfway on this route just opened. At Circle K Alvdal, right by the main road. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XLiSvEqtId8.html

Great video. But you should have used D Auto (auto regeneration), that should lower the consumption.

I used Maximum Range and D - -. But I don’t think it makes a huge difference though 🙈

@@KrisRifa i can asure you that it really makes a big difference, because with that setting, without it doesn't use gliding mode (coasting). I speak out of experience as an EQC driver. You also could have used seat heating instead of heating up the entire interior. And have you pre-heated the battery before departure? All those things consumes energy, for sure 5 á 6% of the battery capacity.

I try to actively use the regeneration paddles rather than passively use D Auto, not sure if it makes a big difference but does give a sense of driving involvement. You can easily switch to D Auto if you get tired of it. Still experimenting, so far only into my 3rd week of ownership. What I find a bit annoying is that I can’t see my average consumption over time, only over the past 3 hours
