So just a quick tip in case your Mercedes ML320 ML350 ML430 ML500 Air conditioning if you notice it's not working very well and your car is overheating during the hot summer months!

The car is a 1999 Mercedes Benz CLK 430. I had the water pump replaced, but now I need to know all the sensors that need to be reconnected to finish the install of the water pump area. So far, I reconnected the coolant temperature sensor, the MAP sensor in the water pump area. There are other sensors in the water pump area but i don't know what they are and their sensor function. Help me to identify those other sensors above the water pump on my clk 430.

Hello I have mercedes benz ml 320 cdi 2008. I have isues with my ac since last year. They replaced the ac compressor, recharge, no leaks. Ac will work for 5 minutes and then will stop and then wont blow for sometimes. They said to it might be control module, i did replace it and if was working and now it is not again, at this point i think ac system is okay but something else is messing with me. Everytime ac works those fans are coming on, but when ac doesn’t work they are not coming on. any suggestions ?

98 ml320 blows hot heat when driving regardless if you change the temperature ?

yes to the below question. With a/c on and car warm, if idling and sitting it blows warm/hot air. When the car is driving it seems to be the required temperature. Suggestions please?

Robert Mutch yes that would indicate to me that your Auxiliary Fans are not kicking on. How does your temperature gauge read when idling does it get warmer?

Question for you ! My 2003 benz clk 320 AC turns on randomly (different time frames each time) when i throw it on almost as if it was blocked... and same thing with heater ! Ac comes out cold , heater comes out hot. Any idea ?

So just r&r that fuse and the aux fans will work? 2000 ML320 blows hot unless on highway.

Yep if the fuse is blown it should come back on for you. This is just a short term fix though, the long term fix is to have the upgraded wiring installed with a larger fuse. Hope that helps! Thanks Joe

hey joe got a question for you....my 99 ML320 AC stopped working.... got diagnosed as compressor leaked out all refrigerant. Got new compressor, new expansion valve,new desiccant. Will flush lines and condenser or should I replace condenser in addition to new parts for mentioned

Fred Chappell hi Fred if I’m not mistaken it’s always recommended to also replace the condenser as well. There can be debris in the system that can get clogged in the condenser and there goes all the hard earned money you spent on the rest of the parts. Hope that helps! Thanks Joe

They made an upgraded wire harness with heavier gauge wire to fix this problem.

My has 44 fuse 40 amp... Didn't burn but sometimes blow heat exapt the cold(((( only AUTO helps

Lamar Fowler Ill need some more info, does your compressor turn on when you turn the switch? Also does it blow warm? Did it happen all of a sudden or over time. Have you check the AC pressure? Thanks joe
