In 1976 I drove the same model overland from London to Colombo, Sri Lanka. The only problem was I suffered from sore bottom from the firm seats which was made for Teutonic bottoms.
@@mirchawaretv6025 Only one break down when the brake master cylinder packed up. fortunately in South France but had to wait 10 days for replacement as my car was right drive.
You probably dont give a shit but if you're bored like me atm you can stream pretty much all of the new series on instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my brother recently :)
This is converted to 1974 to 1976 model Gen2, with blinkers of USA version which is not compatible with the rest of the car. The doors and mirrors belong to 1976, the interior with wood trimming belong to 250 model and this is 200, the back lights and the trunk belong to 1976 model. The front grill in 1968 model comes in ALuminium not Plastic. And finally the color code of the model is not of 1968. To a purist it is not a nice car and would fit original parts back.
I have a 1970 W115 of 220 series, all body of my car are orignal. I only made custom on the dashboard panel and door triming with oakwood and a 1976 US bumper for a good outlook on my side since I'm not intended to sell it for the rest of my life. The rest of it are all genuine.
