Mercedes-Benz W202 C280 Rear Brake Disk and Brake pads replacement

I want to replace the rear breaks on my 2000 w202 c280 but it seems like theirs 2 different versions of the rear break pads one with 1 hole and a different one with 2 holes which one is the correct one for my vehicle?
