430 bhp is better but still leaving ALOT on the table. My 2019 facelift made 400 WHEEL hp before i fitted downpipes. With downpipes, and a Wagner chargecooler, it made 423 WHP and 509 lb Wheel torque. Which is far higher than this otherwise identical car bar the chargecooler, but this is less of a power adder rather to prevent heat soak So even on this example above we can see an experienced tuner is still needee. 430 hp at the fly which is what he's quoting is only around 366 WHP, so you can see there's a massive difference. Videos of it are on my channel .
I remember one place that asked if i want my Audi A5 to get tune with them.. they promised me that with stage 1 i could get 400hp😭 of course i didnt do it cause i knew the capability of that car when i had it.
This is just the reason I started to learn how to do it myself. Tuner claims something can’t be done. Or claims something over the moon. Used to run a dyno for motorcycles and I know how to tune but all this new stuff neede to learn. Have seen some reputable tuners files past the years and only one here is actually good! Just one. 😮 mostly they just whip 10% here for fuel and 20% for boost without ever calculating the Afr or considering timing or fuel quality. “Nah who needs safety limits” not a good job. 1200€ thanks
@@TS-py4hx that makes no sense I’ve seen on various forums and Facebook pages of individual taking their cars to a private Dyno with Eurocharged Stage 1 and Stage 2 make anywhere from 400 whp + on the Dynos. 🤷♂
@TS-py4hx no, its probably DMS. Eurocharged have little presence in the UK. however i had them remote- dyno tune my C43 facelift and it made 423 Wheel Hp and 507 lb Wheel tq at the end. Much more than this car.
@@PoppaSnipe I don't know enough about EC, but I bought a C63 w204 with EC tune, making 302RWKW, removed the tune, made 288rwkw, then retuned with winols and then HPT and made 325rwkw. 99% of flash and go tunes are rubbish.
