Hi, I've usually used google or in my own experience with cars, I've saved diagnostic scans. From there I have a small proprietary database of HW numbers and recent SW numbers. Looking to update my headunit as well. Can I perform coding with enet cable ?? As I saw on one website it’s only good for flashing. If my car requires coding after flashing can I just simply unplug the enet and put open port ?
Yes, for sure. Just make overall coding save by openport before flashing, than switch to enet, flash. And then switch back to openport. No problems if you close Monaco project or Monaco at all. Nothing happens
So i got an eNet cable working, I have DOIP, I can flash, but I cant code or even do a hard reset... i keep getting an pdu_err_evt_rx_timeout error on hard resets. Any ideas?
Yes. Some HU doesn’t support it via doip. Original doip connection means CAN connected in parallel. But You can switch cable and connect via your usual connection. Reboot and code it

You can see it in my another video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PSsBITSvGwM.html BUT most of NTG files couldn’t be found as update. Just direct software search by SW number. Usually i googled it. But for now i have some collection of latest versions. Please write your HW number and current SW numbers. I’ll try to find what i have
Enet connects via DOiP connection (separate wires directly from OBD port to Multimedia) and it’s faster. But it have only few possibilities. Especially fast flashing. And only few ECUs (depends on car). All other things like coding could be made by OpenPort or any other J2534 adapter
@@mbdope They changed the stereo for another used one, apparently it was from another car model, and it seems as if it was deprogrammed, I have the video on my RU-vid channel
