Now I am going to look for "installing a timing chain tensioner for a Mercedes W211 E200k".

this is no problem with tensioner , problem is with balancing shaft , tooth are made from very weak metal and after 100 ,000 km tooth totaly destroyed , so engine need new balancing shaft , tensioners , chain , and engine need be remowe from the car , this is very expensive and this is sabotage of mercedes , customers suffer big expenses , this is not fair , engines should be replaced by mercedes , and mercedes should pay for it .
