This video is more impressive than the car! How MB could allow that dash and centre console through to market is beyond me, the interior design in the front is terrible. Otherwise it’s amazing, they got so much right yet this car will be remembered for the plonked iPads and ‘vacant’ console styling.
Haha I’ll take the compliment my friend. But once you see it in the flesh and sit in it... you might feel different. But hey... design is subjective. The car is amazing.
@@GoksCarLounge All good mate, yes I’ve sat in one, exterior is better than I thought bar the oddly placed ‘pimple’ on the front radar grill-which looks horrendous. But the interior fails to impress, particularly like the previous model does. They just really botched an amazing opportunity here with poor design.
Great video as always G! Since the unveiling of the W233 I thought the facelift W222 interior couldn’t be beaten but once I actually sat in a W223 and drove it...different gravy🤤
It is a bit… because you have to obviously look down at the screen and continue to do so as you’re touching the relevant part of the screen. Otherwise you’ll miss it. Takes more eye to hand coordination. However you have all the controls on the wheel and Hey Mercedes can carry out most commands too!
I like the older one more,But I respect the step forward that Mercedes is taking with this, I used to have a W221S class of 2007 S 550 long wheelbase best car I’ve ever had other than my 2011 A8 standard wheelbase.You did an amazing job on this video and you deserve much praise and you’ve earned a subscriber.
Completely idiotic and irresponsible sitting in the backseat of a moving vehicle with no seatbelt on!! You should be promoting safety as well as the cars!! You should know better and make sure you are fully belted in the backseat when you travel. How can anyone take this video seriously when you don't even take your own personal safety seriously!!
Your comments show your lack of life. Have you seen people racing, doing drifts, burnouts and stunts on RU-vid? Yet you comment in a insulting/ rude way about not wearing a seat belt… it’s really not that deep. Unlike the video and move on and never watch my video again. I put a lot of time and effort into making it entertaining and informative. Yes I forgot to put my belt on whilst concentrating on my script. Big deal! Get a life mate.
Seems like most reviewers fail to mention the hard plastic scattered in different places in the cabin, such as around the center of the steering wheel and the air condition air outlets. They even colored them in silver which looks super cheap. Kinda shocked Mercedes let those things slip in their flagship, especially since it’s places you often will touch.
As the air vents are such an integral part of what makes the S Class so special. Mercedes are planning on making the next gen S Class air vents out of vibranium once they agree on logistics and production terms with Wakanda 😜
