Victor, I enjoy watching your videos, experience talks !!Question, What can cause a weak spark on 1993 W140 V12 engine, both banks have weak spark, replaced coil distributor, coil pack, distributor rotors. I tested for spark out of the each coil pack behind each headlight, spark is very weak there. car was running fine but next morning it starts and dies afrer few seconds. I verified solid voltages during cranking at each coil pack.
Thank you for the video. I'm going through refurbishing my '95 w140 PSE and replacing all the vacuum lines now. As I used up my last Johnson motor on my c140 last year, can you recommend a good alternative that's more readily available? Also, I think at least some of the pump vanes are worn sufficiently as to not generate enough pressure or vacuum which caused the existing motor to run too long, timing out some circuits and eventually burning up. Are there replacement vanes or even whole pump assemblies out there or do we just have to source used PSEs from breakers for parts?
