Very useful information, thank you. The stock air intake hoses are annoying because they easily break, I found Chinese made ones on Amazon that are relatively cheaper and don’t break so easy.
@@kenkanfix was the motor running or did you just fill and drain and run the motor each time? I guess so or the water pump wont work LOL..... I answered my own question.... my problem is the coolant level sensor is bad cause I get a rad fault light... and now it became a check engine light... my reservoir is full... I drove the diesel a couple hundred miles and it ran fine but popped a check engine light.. I got another reservoir ... so I may as well flush it when I change the res and hope for the best.... thanks for the info vid...
I don’t think it matters if the coolant is blue or red my car sold my mercedes with red coolant and I’m buying genuine mercedes coolant antifreeze 325.6 RED 0.57
Mine petcock only can turn 90 degree counterclockwise and stop. I tried applying forces but it wont go more than 90 degree and I dont want to break it. Coolant not coming out at 90 degree. Any suggestion? 2013 GL450 everything looks the same as your car.
