In this video I show you the installation process of the Uniball bearing kit for the rear axle of my Mercedes W202 M104 turbo. For this I need to drop the rear axle and disassemble all the struts. In addition I also install the Motorsport bearing kit for the 4 big bearings which connect the axle carrier to the chassis. All these parts have been developed by myself and can be purchased in my online shop. This is the first of two parts. In the next part we will see the installation of the Uniball kit on the front axle.

All of the pieces in the kit are very high quality, this kit will allow the suspension to articulate freely and the alignment will hold true and without variance under heavy loads, brilliant idea, keep rolling.....

Finde ich sehr cool dass du dich mit dem 202 intensiv beschäftigst. Ich könnte mir vorstellen dass deine PU Buchsen ausschließlich für Motorsportzwecke geeignet sind, aber im täglichen Betrieb ist das unangenehm hart und nervig?? Wie fährt es sich damit auf normalen Straßen? Liebe Grüße aus Österreich

What fo you think abiut the possibilities of extending track width and using these? Is there enough deflection angle?

Very interesting Kit, this may be a dumb question ? - would any or perhaps all of these bushings be compatible with the rear suspension on a W201, in particular the lower control arm bushings - as I expect you know they are a common failure point particularly the outer bushes. Cheers from Australia.
