We took this video to show you how to remove and replace the front door speakers on a Mercedes W203. It is almost the same procedure for all w203: 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007
You will need to remove the door panel first in order to access the speaker.

On the w220 which looks almost exact same there's 1 sxrew hidden in the bottom of the speakergrill. Remove that and the grill pops off to remove the speaker .

Hello, i have w203 with bose sound system, but it does not work in the front. When the right passenger door is opened, the speakers work, how can i access the wires to fix this problem? This has been a problem for a long time. Your channel is great, thank you.

Hey youtube community! Is anyone knows how to replace the Speaker Cover? I bought the replacement covers from the dealer and I though they are attached by the screws in the back, but once I took off the door panel I notice some kind of one time use plastic rivets. Any tested method off reattaching them?Thank you.

Damn Mercedes for making simple hard. You shouldn’t have to completely break down the door panel to change a bloody speaker.

Listen, most of the cheap plastic in these Mercedes will break. You will need replacement parts to put the door back on and the handle WILL break no matter how gentle you are. The cheap plastic used in these cars becomes brittle unlike a cheaper car such as a Ford.
