I did this repair 2day. I have some comments. You dont have to take the bumper al the way off to take the lights out. If you let ik hang on al toolbox or something you also dont have to remove the first hidden bolt he mentions in this video. In that case you also dont have to disconnect the foglights because thats a pain in the ass. This repair is can easely be done in 1 hour. Beware of broken bolts en screws.. You probely brake more than one! Good luck with your repair!
Very helpful information. I have a question...the mounting screw by the highbeam light. It has a threaded adjustable nut on it that can be adjusted before securing it with the metal nut and washer. How should that be adjusted? thanks...
There's a lot of guides for restoring headlights if it's something on the surface. This channel has one video on the CLK IIRC and ChrisFix is a pretty good choice for a lot of generic instructions. Yellowing could be old coating/UV damage.
